When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders to the United States arrive within 8-18 business days, including processing and transit time. Delivery to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and other international destinations may take 9-28 business days depending on the destination and local carrier.
Where does KAVORELL ship from?
KAVORELL works with fulfillment partners and suppliers in Asia. Depending on inventory and destination, your order may ship from China or another fulfillment location.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 2-5 business days to update after a package is shipped. International packages may also have periods without updates while in transit or during customs processing.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at kavorell@outlook.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to help. Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs office.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at kavorell@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the item you want to return.
