Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories included, and free from stains, odors, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.

- Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at kavorell@outlook.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kavorell@outlook.com.
