Refund policy
KAVORELL accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories included.
To request a return, contact us at kavorell@outlook.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
Please contact us first to request return authorization and the correct return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items not eligible for return include gift cards, final sale items, personalized or customized items, items returned without approval, and items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kavorell@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
