Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During high-volume periods, new collection launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes order processing time plus shipping transit time.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Where Orders Ship From
KAVORELL works with fulfillment partners and suppliers in Asia. Depending on inventory and destination, your order may ship from China or another fulfillment location.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees depending on the destination country.
If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any applicable charges required by their country or region, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at kavorell@outlook.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at kavorell@outlook.com with your order number.
